A comprehensive upgrade suite for the PIVOT website, tailored for faculty members of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) to organize profile details, portfolios, and service records.

Project Overview

PIVOT-PROFS is a dedicated suite of administrative enhancements designed for the faculties of the University of the Philippines Open University. The system aims to simplify the management of faculty profiles and the digital submission of Faculty Service Records (FSR).

The platform features a highly customizable profile management tool where professors can update their research fields, current involvements, and publications.

Additionally, the digitized FSR form module allows faculty to record their teaching workloads, administrative duties, and extension services. By digitizing these processes, the university reduced record-keeping discrepancies and simplified annual reviews.
